Headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania, National Recycling Services Inc. was founded by Howard Lincoln and incorporated in 1995. Our baling expertise dates back over 20 years through Portable Baling Services, a related partnership entity.

Our management experience in scrap processing, metal identification and yard management is grounded in the operations of two ferrous and non-ferrous recycling centers located in northwestern Pennsylvania (Lincoln Metal Processing Company and Meadville Metal Company) encompassing over 75 years of experience.
Our fleet of portable balers can work for you nationwide 24~7~365.
Today, account management duties and logistics are handled by Jeremy and Andrew Lincoln.
